  • Do I need to make a reservation to dine at Buon Appetit?
    We operate on both walk in & booking basis. Bookings can be made in the booking tab located on our website. Thank you for choosing Buon Appetit for your dining experience
  • Do you have a dress code?
    We want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their dining experience with us. Therefore, we have a super casual dress code that allows you to wear whatever you feel comfortable in! Whether you prefer to dress up or dress down, you are welcome to visit us in any attire.
  • Can I bring my dog?
    (Only in Amalfi Bar which is not open yet) Yes, we are dog-friendly! However, please note that we only allow dogs in our alfresco Amalfi Bar area. We kindly ask that you keep your furry friends on a leash and under control at all times. Thank you for understanding and we hope to see you and your pup soon
  • Do you offer halal options?
    Although we do sell pork products, some of our most popular are vegetarian! We ensure that there is no cross contamination by using separate utensils for different products. At Buon Appetit, we strive to cater to all dietary requirements and preferences
  • Can I bring my own cake for a celebration at Buon Appetit, and is there an extra fee for this?
    Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own cake for a celebration at Buon Appetit. We believe that every occasion deserves a sweet treat, and we want to make sure that you have the option to bring your own. We do not charge extra for this service, so feel free to bring your favorite cake and celebrate with us.
  • Is there parking available?
    Yes, we have plenty of off street parking available for our customers. You can park your vehicle safely and conveniently while enjoying your dining experience.
  • Do you offer gluten-free options?
    Yes! We understand that some of our guests have dietary restrictions, so we have gluten-free pasta available, as well as a range of other gluten-free items on our menu. Please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Do you offer off site catering for private events? Or can you host a function on-site?
    We do not offer private catering for off site events. However, we can definitely cater to your needs and host events at our premises. Our restaurant is the perfect venue for all types of events, including birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, and more. Our experienced and professional staff will work with you to customize a menu that suits your needs and budget. Please view our 'Functions' page for more information on hosting your event.   • How does the ordering system work?
    Our casual dining restaurant offers two ways of ordering! QR code table ordering- the quickest and most efficient way to order! Every table has its own QR code to scan, order and receive food and beverages straight to the table! You can also choose to make your way to our front counter register where one of our friendly team members will take your order, ask for your table number and deliver your food and beverages to your table.
  • When will you arrive for my event?
    We aim for a smooth and fun gelato experience! If you have booked dessert for 8pm for example, we'll arrive around 30 minutes beforehand, roll the cart into position and start scooping right on time at 8:30, serve for the selected time frame and pack up. It's easy as that. No fuss and no stress!
  • Can I have the cart in position earlier?
    You sure can! If you need us in position earlier in the day, we can drop off the cart and have our wonderful staff return for the start of service. The fee for early drop off depends on the location of your event. Please get in touch for more details, In general, the cart works best when we roll it into position just before its time to start serving- this way everyone sees the cart coming and gets excited! Just make sure your guests know that we are only there for the selected time frame.
  • Can I have extra service time?
    If you are after extra service time, please get in touch with us and we will be able to work together to find the best option for you! Extra time is charged per half hour block. Get in touch with us and we will happily provide you with a quote.
  • Does the Gelato Cart need power?
    Yes, the gelato cart at Buon Appetit requires a powerpoint connection.
  • Do you charge a travel fee?
    A generous 50km travel from Camden is included in the package that you select. We will then charge an additional $3 per km plus an extra fee if tolls must be used.
  • What is your policy on refunds and cancellations?
    Our policy is that if you cancel more than 3 months before the event, we'll return your deposit to you minus an $80 administration fee.
  • How do I book the Gelato Cart?
